BelaHockey Granato Gold Colorado Camp
August 12-14, 2011
We are excited to announce Olympic Gold Medalist and Hockey Hall of Famer Cammi Granato will be attending our BelaHockey Camp in Arvada, Colorado! This special three-day hockey camp will help females further develop their hockey skills with fun and exciting drills on and off the ice by our highly experienced coaching staff.
We are offering a special early registration discount until Friday, July 1, 2011. Camps are limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies per session. Register today to secure your spot and learn from the best in women's hockey!
BelaHockey Granato Gold Camp Details:
When: Friday, August 12 - Sunday, August 14, 2011
Location: APEX Center, 13150 W 72nd Avenue, Arvada, CO
Divisions: Girls U12, U14, U19, Women's Novice, Women's Intermediate
Skater Registration Fee: $215 before July 1, 2011; $235 after
Goaltender Registration Fee: $75 BEFORE July 1, 2011; $95 after
The camp includes:
- 3 On-Ice Sessions including 1 designated session with Cammi Granato.
- 2 Off-Ice Dryland Training Sessions.
- 1 Ticket to attend the Saturday Night Girls Night Out including a Hall of Fame recap, Q&A session, and autograph signing with Cammi Granato. Campers may purchase additional guest tickets for $15 each (limit 2 per camper).
- 1 Ticket to a Colorado Avalanche home game in October 2011 (date TBA). Exclusive fan experience and opportunities will be provided to BelaHockey campers at the game. Additional tickets may be purchased at a discount rate at a later date via a special link from the Colorado Avalanche. More details to follow.

Congratulations on NationalsCongratulations to the U12AAA girls on there trip to nationals. It was a fought outing, but a great learning experience for them all. It is only a small consolation that two of the three teams they lost to wound up in the semi-finals and one of them played in the Championship game.

MLK Tournament PreparationTues: 1/11 Dry-land 6:15 pm; Ice 7:10 - 8:10 pm all at Edge Minn. TournamentGirls travel to Minnesota for the All-American Girl's Tournament. In MN the girls went 1-2, after lossing their last game in overtime.
On Saturday the girls lost to Roseville 6-0. Then on Saturday afternoon they beat the Alliance Bulldogs 7-3. The final game Sunday morning the girls played the Anoka Tornadoes to a 2-2 tie at the end of regulation, before Anoka scored the game winning goal in sudden death to win 2-3.
It was the first our of state tournament for all of the first year players. The tournament was a great experience for all the team, including the team building trip to Mall of America.
Next up the long trip to Gunnison.
